Burro Rosado
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Blanco cuco Tequila
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.75 oz Agave Syrup
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice (optional for extra acidity)
0.25 oz Rosemary Infusion
Ice
Grapefruit slice & rosemary sprig for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a shaker with ice, combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and rosemary infusion.
Shake well for 10–12 seconds.
Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a rosemary sprig.
