Burro Rosado

Burro Rosado 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Blanco cuco Tequila

  • 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

  • 0.75 oz Agave Syrup

  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice (optional for extra acidity)

  • 0.25 oz Rosemary Infusion

  • Ice

  • Grapefruit slice & rosemary sprig for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a shaker with ice, combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and rosemary infusion.

  • Shake well for 10–12 seconds.

  • Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

  • Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a rosemary sprig.
